Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related fields

  • Highly motivated, initiative and honest

  • Required skill: computer and Ms Office skill, Indonesian and English communication skill, tech savvy

  • Structured thinking; can understand customer issues

  • Decisive problem solving: can solve support problem quickly

  • Good teamwork

  • Ability to friendly and polite, even when tired or underpressure

  • Ability to follow procedures correctly

  • Confidence giving advice and information

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude towards customers at all time through customer support channel

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback

  • Adapt to support logic changes quickly

  • Processing orders request

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

  • Providing feedback on efficiency of the customer services process

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
