Requirements
Minimum 2 years work experience in related fields
Highly motivated, initiative and honest
Required skill: computer and Ms Office skill, Indonesian and English communication skill, tech savvy
Structured thinking; can understand customer issues

Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude towards customers at all time through customer support channel
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback
Adapt to support logic changes quickly
Processing orders request
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on efficiency of the customer services process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
