Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relation

  • Preferably female, 26-30 years old

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in Marketing or related field

  • Excellent team working capability (especially leadership) and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in using any graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Understand professional space in terms of speech and manner

  • Capable of communicating and collaborating with team members to work for the common goal

  • Proven experience in managing corporate social media accounts

  • Excellent planning skills and capable of handling multiple tasks at once

  • Interested in fashion industry

Responsibilities

  • Creates, implements, and oversees communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote products (brand activation events & brand awareness campaign)

  • Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc

  • Explore potential collaboration or partnerships also establish and maintain relationship with clients and partners

  • Supervise, analyze, and track existing marketing initiatives to ensure best marketing practice for the company
