Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relation or related field
Preferably female, 26-30 years old
A minimum of 3 year of experience in Marketing or related field
Excellent team working capability (especially leadership) and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in using any graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Understand professional space in terms of speech and manner
Capable of communicating and collaborating with team members to work for the common goal
Proven experience in managing corporate social media accounts
Excellent planning skills and capable of handling multiple tasks at once
Interested in fashion industry
Responsibilities
Creates, implements, and oversees communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote products (brand activation events & brand awareness campaign)
Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc
Explore potential collaboration or partnerships also establish and maintain relationship with clients and partners
Supervise, analyze, and track existing marketing initiatives to ensure best marketing practice for the company
