Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum of 1 year of working experience as Human Resources or internship experience in a relevant industry
Self-starter, easy-going, and multitasking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation, and HRIS
Active in blog and content writing or doing some basic graphic design, is a plus point
Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding
Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and developing integrated solutions for HR-related projects
Act as trusted people advisor to business leaders of all teams and functions in strategic people matters/issues
Works closely with team leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Assist team leaders in conducting a performance review, coaching sessions, talent management, engagement & retention process & initiatives
Develop and execute campaign to promote employees activities and achievement to all social media platform
